Why I created FieFlow Yoga
I created FieFlow because I know what it’s like to live in a body that feels like it’s constantly fighting against you.
After YEARS of being dismissed by doctors, living with endometriosis, debilitating pain and chronic exhaustion, I found healing through gentle yoga, the kind that meets you where you are, not where you “should” be.
Yoga gave me tools to breathe through and reduce pain, calm my nervous system, soften tension, and slowly rebuild trust and strength within my body.
FieFlow was born from that journey — to offer a soft space for women like me, who are tired of being ignored, and ready to find moments of peace, strength, and sisterhood. This isn’t just yoga, it’s a lifestyle, it’s healing, community, and compassion.
